Lubezki nabs top prize at ASC Honours

In the continuation of his honours dominance in feature cinematography this year, Emmanuel Lubezki, the d.p. behind "The Tree of Existence," nabbed the most effective prize within the 26th annual American Society of Cinematographers' kudofest on Sunday evening within the Hollywood and Highland Grand Ballroom.Lubezki's photography round the Terrence Malick film has nearly taken professionals organizations' d.p. laurels up to now, like the large three: The La Film Experts Assn., the NY Film Experts Circle as well as the National Society of Film Experts.Since the ASC inaugurated its honours ceremony in 1986, the invitation-only org's individuals who win and people in the Academy have overlapped 10 occasions, including four in the last six years.
