this is the plot

[A group of college juniors accidently murder one of the pledges to
their fraternity
But a very later they find themselves being murdered by a cloaked
figure using the same bow and arrow that accidently killed the pledge
Who is the killer?
im thinking either

Fraternity

or Fraternal revenge
